Hello!

My best friend.

His name is Consuelo, she is 52 years old, brown hair, white skin and brown eyes, she is small and thin, she is a housewife and travel program with several tourism companies, lives in the city of Medellín, we like to read occult books, go to meditation workshops, practice Yoga and dance salsa, we like to enjoy the countryside plants and nature, she is my best friend because we share same tastes and we are in good times and in bad.

For an excellent meditation ... a good position

Occasionally people think they think only about achieving inner balance reciting mantras, sitting in different positions away from any noise, completely forgetting that meditation is a natural human process that has always been with us.
So meditation is not an exclusive act of monks or saints, because it is only present us a moment to ourselves and discover that you can bring a profound and positive to our mental, emotional and physical health effect.
1. Easy Position: involves crossing your legs so that your feet are under your thighs, spine should remain straight as the head and hands must be on his knees. This position activates the sexual centers and relaxes the nervous system.
To achieve that inner peace, this time, we want to share with you some basic positions for meditation:
2. Seated: must be in a booster seat with or without backrest, legs must be straight and parallel to the floor, back straight and hands on knees. This position is the safest besides keeping awake the practitioner.
· Lying: no doubt this is the most comfortable position and maybe this is the problem, because to meditate is essential to be awake, falling asleep is a mistake. For that reason you must lie on a raised bed on top and a pillow to put under your knees. Remember to leave and head straight back while your knees should be slightly raised.
· Kneeling: the big toes should be touching, heels on the sides, head and spine should be straight, while the body must rely on the inner corners of your feet. This position is ideal for proper digestion, restore balance and ensure the proper functioning of the sexual organs.
